Terms of Service for Makeup and/or Hairstyling

CANCELLATION POLICY: A Deposit of 50% applied towards the total fee is required for all hair and makeup bookings. In making payment of your deposit you acknowledge that in the case of cancellation:
-- If cancelled with more than 45 days notice, we will refund your deposit in full less a 15% service and bankcard fee.
-- If cancelled 30 - 44 days prior you will be charged a 15% service and bankcard fee + a $50 cancel fee.
-- If cancelled within 15- 29 days prior you will be charged a 15% service and bankcard fee + a $100 cancel fee.
-- If cancelled within 3 - 14 days of your booking date, the entire deposit is not refundable.
-- If cancelled within 48 hours of your booking date, the deposit is not refundable and a cancellation fee equal to the unpaid balance of the full quoted rate will be due.
-- In the case of postponements or rescheduling, we will, when possible move your new date or time, at no cost, for the same services, to your new date or time. If however we are already booked or not available for that date or time, rescheduling may not be possible. In such a case when other options do not exist, this will be considered a cancellation and the normal cancellation fees will apply.

AVAILABILITY AND BOOKINGS: Availability is not guaranteed without an acceptance of the terms and conditions and a deposit. We have a first come, first served booking policy. A booking for a "trial" does not mean you have first priority in booking the actual event date. Bookings go to the first party to put a deposit on the time and date. Event dates and time should be booked as soon as possible.

TRIALS: Reserved Trials have the same booking and cancellation terms as the event.

A TRAVEL FEE: There is no charge within 15 mile radius of the Las Vegas Strip and Sahara Blvd intersection. In the case of long travel or out of state bookings all travel costs and any flight or lodging arrangements are to be made by the client. Long distance and out of state travel time based on actual travel time and travel costs.

PAYMENT: Cash/Major Credit Cards, PayPal are accepted for deposit payment. Balance payable by cash or credit card (no Paypal) in full on date of the event.

LIABILITY: Client agrees to hold Christiné Copeland AKA: Foto Look International, and /or her subcontractors or assigns harmless from all liability connected with makeup or hairstyle services. Prices, services and dates posted in this website are subject to change without notice.

SUBSTITUTION: In the case that Christiné Copeland or other Foto Look International artist is unable to perform the services on the day of the event, or if cancelled for any reason by us the client may choose to request all deposits returned plus an additional $50 inconvenience fee, OR accept for us to arrange for a qualified substitute artist(s) & stylist(s) as replacements.

Submission of this form will confirm your agreement to our rates and terms. Once your booking date is confirmed you will be sent an email with a link to your Secure Paypal invoice to pay your retainer deposit. A copy of the booking agreement for your records will be automatically emailed to you. Final detailed information for your services with tips and prep instructions and receipt for payment, will be sent within 24 hours.
